Three ways in which conflict can to buld positive relationship between youth and their parents

I could imagine this could happen if the conflict leads to a better understanding or a  release of tension, so for example:

You are unhappy that your parents forbid you something, and you argue with them; in the process you both learn the reasons for your actions and can understand each other better

You have a conflict with your parents and you make up- after the conflict the relationship is stronger because you know you will always make up

You tell your parents about your worries during a fight - this helps your relationship, because you no longer hide things from them.

I know there are examples, and not generalized rules, but I hope it still helped:)
