For someone who likes both movies and concerts, choosing between going to one of the other represents an conflict.

Other example of  approach-approach would be if you're forced to choose to either spend your money to obtain a car or a condo while you don't have enough money to buy both.

You can drink laxative, or  do this exercise when you are sitting in the bathroom on the toilet. to relieve  constipation  fast or in about 1 minute, pinch your nose after your usual exhalation. start holding your breath. but do not mouth breath during this just hold your breath.
