I give my teaching assistants the freedom to set their own office hours and create grading rubrics for the assignments they independently grade. I am using which servant leader behavior? Empowering. 

Servant-leaders want to empower those they work with by encouraging them to do their best and give them room to set their own work actions. By allowing the assistants to set their own officer hours and grading rubrics they are empowering them.
