Explain two provisions in the bill of rights that protect individuals who try to influence politics.

Speech — enables nationals to state nearly anything they need 

 Press — permits residents access to data, each other and policymakers; printed promotion 

• Assembly — enables nationals to meet up 

• Petition — enables subjects to address government 

• Various due process/criminal equity arrangements (e.g., excellent jury arraignment, jury of associates, hunt and seizure) — shields natives from retaliation/provocation from government.
