People in many countries nowadays are much concerned the fast-growing media globalization because media is attempting to grab the responsibility for the unparalleled social change, preservation of idea in the global private enterprise, the formation of a gradation of media’s haves and have-nots, 

It is characterized by merging. It has come about because of the merging of new and old media tools and technologies as well as the merging of new and old media institution or group to create a great extent of power in transnational media combination. It raises new possibilities and new questions for media institutions and groups.
