Emotional self-regulation refers to the process whereby people keep inappropriate or undesirable feelings and behaviors in check when responding to different types of situations. Emotional self-regulation basically involves managing one's feelings and associated behaviors. An example of emotional self-regulation could be listening quietly when your boss yells at you instead of getting defensive and reactive. 

You can drink laxative, or  do this exercise when you are sitting in the bathroom on the toilet. to relieve  constipation  fast or in about 1 minute, pinch your nose after your usual exhalation. start holding your breath. but do not mouth breath during this just hold your breath.
