A corrupt practice is the offering, giving, receiving or soliciting, directly or indirectly, anything of value to

Essentially a fraud is a type of corruption but to be more specific, a fraud  is intended to deceive others, typically by unjustifiably claiming or being credited with accomplishments or qualities. Corruption is a more general sense of fraud. It  is a form of dishonest or unethical conduct often to acquire personal benefit. Fraud would be an example of corruption.
