Can you make a logical guess how size might affect a nation's willingness to grant citizenship?

Well.. depending upon how much size the nation actually has to grant outsiders citizenship, can greatly vary their final decision.  As if the nation's size is very petite, they will not be looking to expand their growing population.. and vice-versa.  

Size can affect a nations willingness to grant citizenship in unlimited ways. Most importantly if a nation already has more citizens than it is suppose to hold the chances of them granting citizenship is more unlikely. On the otherhand if the nation has less citizens than it is allowed to hold the chances of granting citizenship is more likely. Commonally we know the bigger a nation is the more citizens it will hold or at least want to and the smaller vice versa.
