The reason being that Franklin Roosevelt floated the idea of Square deal after becoming the president of United States of America. Roosevelt was president of United States of America from 4th of March 1933 to 12th of April 1945. The Square Deal was based on three theories and they were helping the middle class to grow, attacking the ever increasing plutocracy and mistrust and also helping organizations fight against extreme demands of the organized labors.
