Write five sentences describing yourself, your life, and your experiences that taken together form an accurate view of who you are.

First  and second sentence: Write about the basic things about you. Ex: your age, height, school, sports you play, friends, family etc.

Third sentence: Write about your childhood and how it affects you positively or negatively today.

Fourth sentence: Write one of the best experiences and one of the worst experiences you have had and why.

Fifth sentence: Close it off with how you feel about yourself and your life.
