For what did the populist movement stand? farmers big business railroad rates lower income taxes the common man

The correct answer should be farmers. The situation was such that railroad companies and tycoons would take away land from farmers and build railroads without their consent or would trick them in order to take their land and the populist party saw this as a major issue since the country depended on the farmers economically so it decided to fight for their rights.

It could be anything, recent improvements in technology/telecommunication/internet have increased the pace of globalization.generally, it has something to do with technology. globalization means that people around the world are brought together through technology which speeds things up. so maybe some of those options could be correct. : )
