In this activity, you will use your knowledge to create a project that illustrates your understanding of the seven defense mechanisms. you choose the type of project: write a short story, poem, play or create a podcast or video using all seven of the defense mechanisms discussed. you may either have seven different characters, each with a particular defense mechanism, or have one or two characters displaying a variety of defense mechanisms. the key is to demonstrate your understanding of the characteristics of each defense mechanism.
