How has politics changed by the 1820s and 30s from previous two decades?

By the 1820's and 1830's, there were many political, social, and economic changes that happened. Many political reforms such as the moves for Catholic Emancipation and the agitation for the Reform Bill, humanitarian movements, and the humanization of penal code happened.
