Lene jensen's theory of moral development differs from kohlberg's theory in that it places emphasis on a person's as the ultimate basis of morality.

Kohlberg focused on a person's worldview as the basis for their morals. The worldview was also contingent upon the person's age: younger people have a more black-and-white way of seeing the world. Therefore, their views are more rigid and their definitions of morality are as strict and unbending as their views will allow at that age.
