Hey, what are your thoughts on gun control?

I am mostly against the current gun control laws. To me, the "oh its the 2nd amendment" argument is absurd. We cannot compare the current guns we have today to the ones that were used when our founding fathers wrote the constitution. The war weapons from the 1780's were not nearly close to the capacity of the ones we ave today that can shoot hundreds of bullets in mere seconds. I do not have a proposition on how to fix the problem, and am not proposing to ban all guns EVER, but more extensive background checks and such must be taken into consideration.

Why take something away that people use to protect themselves and they abide by the law. BUT the criminal (in which DOES NOT abide by the law) will still use what you banned.

It allowed for things to be produced much more quickly and efficiently
