How did the growth of agriculture lead to the development of specialized skills

It lead to specialized skills because it was a new technology and was not perfected yet. We were hunter and gathers at first and when farming hit the scene, it created an new type of skill that a lot of people did not have during that time, which in turn created a specialized skill because as farming grew, the demand for works grew too.
