What ways is America gotten past or is still a racist nation?

Due to the way some people were "born" and I say "born" because we have are own mindset and beliefs some people just don't believe equality and begin to drift in a horribly negative way, although the economy has shifted its equality and perspective we still have many economic problems.

this kind of commercial war between the usa and china is slowing down the growth of the whole world so we can say that it is a draw back of trade regulations. and the free trade agreements are benefits of trade regulations.
