as a student how can you inspire your fellow student about the importance of being responsible in attending in online class

Tell them about the consequences of not being responsible, maybe they can think it over? see if they need any help in their studies maybe it's the reason why they can't pay attention, or by making online school looking entertaining to get them motivated

the reason the welfare system causes so much of a burden on its recipients is because the welfare system does not give its recipients any real tools to actually get out of poverty. the welfare system has embedded poverty deeper into society and has made it harder and harder for people to escape poverty.

in other words, it stoped the poor, and now its making it worse.
