How would you summarize arguments made against and for the Constitution?

Anti-Federalists advocated a lesser central government, while Federalists supported a stronger government and executive branch. The Federalists opposed a bill of rights, believing that the new constitution was adequate. A bill of rights was requested by the anti-federalists.

answer: a federal government has final authority on interstate/inter provincial  and international affairs, a confederation is one where the central/national government or authority is governing body what does not have final say over the same matters. hopefully this and i will try again if you don't like this answer : )
