What is sustainable peace? What should be done to maintain sustainable peace in society?

A thought of other should be respect.

For all equal justice should be given.

The environment should be created for dialogue between the conflicting parties.

Need to feel the problems of others and listen to the problems.

Be helpful to others when you can (help your neighbor with their groceries, walk their dog, clean up their yard) Meditate and invite others to meditate. Study nonviolence, ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution), Conflict Management, Conflict Resolution, Peace studies. Learn another language.
