Gianna called landlord Steve about an advertised apartment. He told her it was rented. A week later, the sign was still up. Gianna believes Steve did not show her the apartment because she was a woman and she had a strong accent. If Gianna decides to file a complaint against Steve, she must do so within of the incident.
