The advantages of the Asian and African colonies becoming independent from the imperialist countries is that they are free from their slavery and can select people from their own society to form a government. They make laws for themselves and use the resources to improve their standard of living while, on the other hand, the disadvantage of becoming independent from the colonies of the imperialist countries is that the government established by the imperial countries manages the country better than the local government.
