I believe that the best style of leadership is Laissez-faire leadership. In this type of leadership, they focus on relationships rather than production. They want the best for the people involved. It is a very hands-off style of leadership, as they have confidence in their people. Organization is important to run a company, business, or any sort of job so that you are on top of things. It helps us develop an understanding of the aspects that can motivate employees, increase their performance, and help organizations establish a strong and trusting relationship with their employees. Having good communication allows us to pass information to other people, and to understand what is said to us, making things run smoothly.

Communication is important because a leader without followers is useless and the only way to get followers is by communicating a common goal.  Delegation is important because no single man can do everything.  He needs to give some power and responsibility to followers so things can get done and also so  his follower can feel included and like they are a part of the process.  Organization is important because without it there is inefficiency and chaos.  It is a matter of opinion whether it is better to be task-oriented or relationship oriented. But task-oriented leadership is good for short term goals while relationship oriented leadership is better for the long run.
