You need to be educated to make smart choices which leads to progression

I would say no. I am going to compare this to salves in slave time. Slaves were not allowed to know how to read, write, or have any education whatsoever. A main reason being that they didn’t want house slaves or any slaves to over hear plans and important information. Because if they did understand then they would know how to escape, who is being sold or moved. Or what will happen to them. When slaves started to learn how to read and write they were able to understand what was happening to them and their family/friends. They were able to communicate to each other and understand things that they weren’t meant to understand. Leading to some slaves escaping or making plans on how to escape. With education comes power in everything
