Hepatitis A - Hepatitis A is a liver infection caused by the hepatitis A virus that can be prevented by a vaccine (HAV). HAV is present in the stool and blood of infected individuals. It is transmitted when a person unknowingly ingests the virus by near physical contact with an infected person or by consuming tainted food or drink. Hepatitis A symptoms include fatigue, nausea, stomach pain, and jaundice, which can last up to two months.

Hepatitis B -  Hepatitis B is a liver infection caused by the hepatitis B virus that can be prevented by a vaccine (HBV). Hepatitis B is transmitted when blood, sperm, or other bodily fluids from a virus-infected human touch the bloodstream of an uninfected individual. Yellowing of the skin, stomach pain, and black urine are some of the symptoms. Liver disease, cancer, or scarring may occur in chronic cases.

Hepatitis C - A virus-borne infection that affects the liver and causes inflammation. Communication with infected blood, such as by exchanging needles or using unsterile tattoo devices, spreads the infection. The majority of patients have no signs or symptoms. Those who may have symptoms may experience exhaustion, nausea, lack of appetite, and skin and eye yellowing. Antiviral drugs are used to treat hepatitis C.

-Wash your hands, Wash worktops, knives and utensils, Wash dishcloths, Use separate chopping boards, Keep raw meat separate, Store raw meat on the bottom shelf, Cook food thoroughly, Keep your fridge below 5C.
