Land Features-  The land is surrounded by water, making trade easy.
Water Features- Clean springs, rivers, and lakes fill up Costa Rica, making it a beautiful place to tour, thus bringing in more deals for trade. 
Natural Resources- Minerals are big in Costa Rica, along with Copper. 
Industries- Real estate, Tourism, agriculture, manufacturing, and service industries.
