Give three examples of the responsibilities of an absolute monarch, and why each one is important to a society

A monarch is a type of political system in which a person inherits his power thru his family or by the power vested upon another monarch and he may have the highest power in the state. He can reign in multiple monarchies thru a personal union.  They may lead autocratically or with reservations.
