Of children who drown, a significant number were under some form of supervision, but drowned when left unattended for only a brief time. what is the percentage who drown under these circumstances

According to a study made by the Consumer Product Safety Commission, the percentage of children who drowned under one form of supervision from their parents is around 69%.  

Out of this percentage, 46% were last seen in the house, 23% were last seen on the porch, and 31% were effectively around the pool.

Regarding the age range of the children who drowned, 75% were between 1 and 3 years of age.
