Is it permissable to eat while preparing and cooking food in the kitchen?

Assuming that the kitchen is not your working place than you're free to do so.
Eting while prearing and cooking food serves two purpose:
- It saves time rather than have to setting all up on diner table
- It help to enrich your cooking because you need to test the ingredient before cooking it anyway
