An intrapersonal intelligence is an asset. However, if it goes beyond what is needed or what is expected of an individual, it will come to point where it will become detrimental rather than beneficial. One of the strategy to allow an effective communication with these person is through written communication. 

Since these people are good in reflection, I think they have to write first there own points of view on situations and implications. This way they can't get lost of the things they want to tell. Make sure that they have written all the facts that they want to raise so the other members would look at it and see if the facts that those people presented are indeed considerable and try to weigh it.
