Central Africa is the core region of the African continent which includes Burundi, the Central African Republic, Chad, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, and Rwanda. 

The Central African Republic is ranked the poorest country in the world. They live in terrible health conditions and often have HIV. The terrible conditions have a few causes but one of the main causes is unhealthy ways of agriculture, so food is a major problem. The people are often sick, starving, un-cleanly, and illiterate.
