How does the government support free enterprise and protect public interest?

Free enterprise system is that when private businesses are operating in competition and are largely free from the control of the state. This may be detrimental to the public interest. However, the government may be able to interfere by offering the same services and/or goods at lower prices. 

He was probably very upset and disapointed and mad. all at once. so he probably wanted to show his disapointment, angryness, and depression. he didn't think of the affects due to the minor issue thst he has gone through. sorry if it doesn't . but i am trynna people.
