In contrast to tqm, what approach seeks radical change through innovation?

As for me, in contrast to tqm, the sphere which approaches radical change through innovation is reengineering. I think that this answer is suitable as reengineering is a process which changes format of the corporations by inventing and developing business plan/design of company that widen the range of features.
