Civic is a category and feature of a democratic society. Unlike other more conservative and traditional forms of society, in the civic, especially as regards middle class, everything is acquired by knowledge. There are no hereditary benefits, everyone has the right to education and acquire knowledge, even education is mandatory, so that with their knowledge, skills, achievements, they reach the desired goal. Achieving a certain status at work, acquiring material goods, reputation, position, everything is possible with knowledge.
