Describe where upper egypt was located. where did it start? at what location did it end?

This is what I know. Even though it says upper Egypt, it was located in the south. While lower Egypt was up north, extending to the Nile Delta (where water splits), Upper Egypt was in the south, extending to the valley, all the way up to Syrene.
Later on, both sides were united. This is all I know, I'm afraid but you asked me for any help so this is all I know:)
