Which branch of government do you think is most responsive to the will of the people? should the branch have more power then the other two branches? why or why not?

I think the Government that is most responsive to the will of the people is the legislative branch, cause it created the law/regulation that is suitable for the will of the people
But it think it should;t has more power than the other two branches because it may cause inequality within the government
