I'm assuming that the gorilla is supposed to be a German soldier and his club has the word "Kultur" on it which means "German civilization and culture,(sometimes used derogatorily to suggest elements of racism, authoritarianism, or militarism)."  and I'm gonna guess the woman is supposed to make the men excited about enlisting seeming as she's shirtless but that's just what I'm guessing
