A clash of values is when one person’s values do not agree with another person’s values. Governments are put into place to insure that the people within a country have similar values. What happens when societies do not have governments? 1. There is peace within a social group.
2. Large scaled projects such as roads and bridges get completed.
3. There is chaos among the citizens.
4. Families and tribes live separated from one another.
