The Hindus visit Swayambhunath , Boudhhanath , Lumbini [ birthplace of Gautam Buddha ] and many other religious Buddhist places and other religions. Similarly , Buddhists also visit Hindu temples. They worship Lord Pashnupatinath as Pancha Buddha , one of the incarnations of Lord Buddha. Hindus enjoy Buddhist festivals and vice versa. Likewise , Churches and Mosques have been built in many places and they exist in peace and harmony with equal rights and freedom. The equal and peaceful existence of all the religion is a special feature of Nepal. Religious tolerance and harmony have always prevented Nepal from religious violence and war. It has led to the establishment of peace and prosperity. This is how religious tolerance is maintained in Nepal among the people of different religions.
