watching a football game on TV. Two police officers knocked at Travoskee's door and
said they needed to search Travoskee's house for stolen goods. When Travoskee asked
to see a search warrant, the officers said they didn't need one since Travoskee was once
convicted of stealing. Is the police officer right and what amendment would this involve?
