The main reasons for Bill Clinton's impeachment was his scandalous case with an Intern named Monica Lewinsky. He was caught having sexual relationship within the office. At that time, he's already married to Hillary Clinton. This made the public lost their trust. They believed that Bill Clinton was abusing his power as a president to make Monica had sexual relationship with him.

Richard Nixon

The main reason for his impeachment is for his involvement in the breaking and entering of the Democrat national committee. The public know it as the Watergate Scandal. At that time, Nixon believed that the Democratic party had possessions of recordings that can be really bad for his public persona. So, Nixon ordered several people to  Democratic National Committee  to steal the evidence. They're caught and Nixon was impeached for abuse of power.

Donald Trump.

Donald Trump's impeachment was started by Nancy Pelosi due to the information from a whistleblower. Trump was accused to withheld military's aid to Ukraine in order to force their president to investigate Hunter Biden. Hunter Biden was a son of Joe Biden, his political rival. Trump believed that if He can found evidence against hunter, he can use it to ruin Joe Biden's reputation. With this, he hope that he can won the re-election.
