Kamila is an adult reference librarian with a master's degree in library science. She works at an understaffed public library. During certain times, the circulation staff can get overwhelmed with handling patrons. As a result, the head of the library, Stephen, wants Kamila to help out at circulation during busy times. Kamila, though, feels she is overqualified for this work. Also, she finds the check out procedure to be too complicated and wants it to be streamlined. She considers taking her concerns to Stephen, but finds him abrasive to deal with. Kamila decides not to do anything about the conflict she's facing. What types of conflict is Kamila dealing with
