PLEASE HELP ASAP From a military standpoint, what evidence exists to suggest the United States is not as focused on the Arctic as Russia, or even Canada?

The United States made clear at the Swedish Atlantic Council their motivations in the Arctic were merely economic.

The United States Air Force does not patrol the Arctic giving the Arctic Five countries claim over the skies and effectively the
waters.

The United States only has one functioning heavy ice breaking ship compared to 32 in Russia and 6 in Canada, respectively.

The United States has closed its military bases along the Arctic while Canada and Russia have increased theirs.
