How might a person'a cultural identities affect their experiences of the process of socialization ?

Everyone experiences different identities throughout their life in their given culture and even if they interact with a different culture their identity can change and have a huge impact on the experiences they may face. For instance with socioeconomic class an individual whose family has more money than others may have a better education which in turn would may lead to a better job and possibly more money. Even though this may not always be the case individuals whose family does not have very much money could see less education which could lead to less income. However it has been brought up in our society over many years that women do not make as much as men do with the same education and in the same job role so at the same time just because you have the education does not mean you will make as much as someone else in the other gender.
