A basic knowledge and understanding of the fundamentals of United States history and
government.
An affinity for the principles of the United States Constitution.
Applicants must have a relative in the United States that is a naturalized U. S. Citizen.
Ownership of property in the United States.
The ability to read, write, and speak ordinary English.
