Stephanie: Hey Tommy! Sorry I didn’t reply to your text earlier, and to be honest, I hate coffee, your breath smells horrible, they are filled with sugar and cream that you can’t even taste (depending on where you get your coffee, for example: Starbucks), and the caffeine is actually horrible for you and your body. Sure it may wake you up, but if you don’t keep drinking it every morning, your body is going to be un-able to do work!  I don’t like it one bit. What are you up to?

Tommy: Hey Steph, it’s totally fine, it wasn’t any thing important. Coffee isn’t all that bad anyway. For me it’s a little boost in the morning, and while you are right that caffeine isnt all that pratical, it is still helpful on a Monday morning. What about you? Do you drink anything in the morning?

Steph: I understand it makes you feel good, but water is much more healthier for you. Cold water can wake you up nice and fresh in the morning, doesn’t rot your teeth, and helps your digestive system properly work. When you eat your breakfast, you can easily have a sip of water, and be on your way to work! And if I’m being honest, it doesn’t give you the awful poop that you would get with caffeine.

Tommy: That does sound beneficial, but what if you don’t have a great source of water. What should the people who maybe don’t have well water or good mineral water drink? The water from the city has some bad minerals that are not healthy for you at all, what should we drink then?
