Explaining What were the weaknesses of the Confederation
government?

The Articles of Confederation took away much of the government's power. It created a weak central government,it did not set up a judicial branch to interpret the laws, and it made it difficult for the national government to run the country.

the supreme court plays a big role in government. the constitution gives them ability to check the president and the congresses actions and dictate if their actions are allowed by the constitution or not.
