Case Study
Jaden is 23 and has resigned from his job as a cashier in a supermarket after the persistent experiencing of hallucination while working. Jaden needed to increase his work hours after his roommate suddenly moved out and he needed to earn twice as much money to pay his rent and bills.
In order for him to gain more hours he needed to move from his local store to a different and much larger store outside of his local area.  He began to work in a busier department with more people.  
He very quickly became stressed with the fast pace and constant movement. The stress caused his to have shorter sleeping patterns and his manager started to receive complaints about his lack of grooming and poor hygiene.
 He became isolated from his colleagues and started to think that they were talking and slotting against him. When his colleagues did try and speak with him he would respond defensively, speaking quickly and jump from one topic to another. Jaden became very withdrawn at work and stopped socialising with friend outside of work.
Jaden, 23 has been diagnosed with schizophrenia
