Throughout history, there have been a few examples of a command economy. An advantage of this economy is there are low levels of inequality and unemployment because everything is the same. There are many disadvantages to this plan though. A command economy will create lack of innovation, efficiency, and competition. For many reasons, the US should not adopt this system.
