there is less skilled human resource in Nepal because Nepal has not produced enough manpower needed for it. Some sectors have much manpower than required whereas some sectors have less manpower. Consequently, many people are unemployed. A portion of highly skilled manpower is not satisfied with the salary, privileges and terms and condition of our country.
